Explosive Growth in Social Media Feedback

The growth of Facebook™ with over 1 billion reported active users is a well known success story. Similarly, the other big player in social media, Twitter™, has surpassed the 500 million active user mark. Other social and online review sites are also growing at a rate that is equally impressive. Users of Foursquare® have “checked in” over 2 billion times to date and TripAdvisor®, one of the internet’s review heavyweights, now has over 50 million reviews in their database.
